Hi All,

I am using DblAPL mode to use Layout with no problem but Modeller seems
refused to use screen promotion and forced me to use ordinary PAL mode
(Hi-Res Interlaced) instead.

Is there any utility that makes Modeller can opened in DblAPL mode with
mode promotion?
